APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are required for all services atleast 7 days in advance.

Most services are booked several weeks in advance. We recommend that you book your next

appointment prior to leaving the studio so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. Please

arrive earlier if it is your first time or call us if you are running late. A 48 hour advanced notice is required if

you are unable to keep your appointment.

A valid credit card number or a cash deposit is required to secure your appointment (please

read our no-show policy).

NO-SHOW POLICY

Your appointment is scheduled specifically for you. In consideration of our other clients and our

staff please give a 48-hour notice of any cancellation. When an appointment is cancelled less than

48 hours prior to the appointment time, or the person scheduled for the appointment does not show

up, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for 100% of the

value of the appointment scheduled. When booking on location services we do require a 21 day notice of cancellation.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
